Arcadius is mentoring a talented community of photographers in an ambitious studio. Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards This Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards landscaping was completed by Landscapes by Jeffery, Inc. Perched in the stunning hills of Malibu, this property offers an infusion of natural scenery and modern architecture across its extensive design to integrate the luxurious lifestyle of its owners. The estate demanded the addition of a beautiful vineyard to add visual splendor and an homage to the region where many generations have been making wine. Aldea at Moreno Valley, CA: Using drought-tolerant and native Californian plants, we worked with high-quality materials that flow with the environmental nature of our community. The steep topography of the site was one of the issues that dramatically complicated our engineering solutions. Through effective terracing, we designed a stunning landscape that is equal parts function and aesthetic. Natural stone walls and paths add structural strength while integrating beautifully to the rugged land that surrounds them, adding a rustic feel that balances the tone of the luxurious estate. The end product ended with rows of luscious vines, followed by seasonal flowers and ornamental grasses dispersed to give color and texture throughout the seasons. The gorgeous outdoor entertaining area, features a custom built gazebo and fire pit, ideal for entertaining friends and family whilst overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The client was thrilled with the makeover, praising us of the fine aspects and how we incorporated natural fabrics.
