Wayne Landscape by Wallace Landscape Associates Wallace Landscape Associates is excited to share the 'Wayne Landscape' , a wonderful makeover done in the heart of Wayne, PA. This large landscaping showcases our commitment to quality design, creativity, and attention to , serving clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, including Centreville, Chadds Ford, and West Chester. The consisted of a complete site analysis to understand the site-specific issues with the existing slopes and plants. Our team developed a complete design that harmonized hardscape and softscape types of landscaping that would serve both function and look great. The main feature of the landscape is an exceptionally built stone patio built with locally sourced bluestone that would help the site blend in with the surrounding landscape. The patio is accented with strategically placed flowerbeds containing native perennials to add pops of color and a delight for the eye in every season. To curtail soil erosion and provide visual interest, we designed a custom-built stone retaining wall utilizing aged limestone to keep the rustic feeling. We minimized the possibility of windblown leaves and plants blowing away with the addition of an above-ground irrigation system designed for convenience and efficiency when watering plant material and keeping the green lush without creating waste. We had to deal with weather setbacks and accessibility issues throughout the , but our experience helped us constantly meet the client's scheduled progress without sacrificing quality. The end result was a quiet outdoor oasis that mirrors the client's dream, complete with meandering pathways, calming water features, and inviting seating areas. The Wayne Landscape improved not only the outdoor spaces and look of the property, but it helped improve the property value overall, and absolutely delighted the clients in the end with their new outdoor area.
