Beacon Hill Roof Deck The Beacon Hill Roof Deck , designed by CBA Landscape Architects, LLC is an example of elegant urban landscaping, this roof deck transforms an under-utilized roof into a lively outdoor space. This showcases our commitment to quality and innovation across New England and the Mid Atlantic States in the heart of Boston. It includes native plantings, environmentally sustainable materials, and a contemporary architectural style. A well-chosen assortment of perennials, ornamental grasses, and evergreen shrubs keeps interest working throughout the four seasons and adds ecological improvement to the mix. Premium quality, weather resistant materials i.e., ipe wood decking and granite pavers are used to add life and character. We then had to contend with one of our main struggles throughout the , how to optimize the roof deck with the architecture on either side. We created backyard custom made seating spaces as well as integrated planters to define and to add greenery. To tackle the challenges of urban rooftop gardening, we created a contemporary irrigation system that maintains plant health. The end result is a beautiful, bifunctional roof deck that functions as an oasis and an observation platform with the best view over the skyline of Bucharest. The client loved how the home was attractive to the breezy nature and the static architecture.
