This landscaping was an incredible transformation for our clients living in Allen, Dallas, Frisco, Garland, and surrounding areas. The installation involved paying attention to every detail, from the contemporary pool installation to the lush and vibrant plantings that create an oasis of beauty and functionality. We began the with a comprehensive assessment of the existing landscape, which featured many challenges, including elevation changes, adequate light access, and slopes. Our team gracefully and carefully developed a design plan that included tiered planting beds with landscape-appropriate stone retention walls to help level and stabilize the property. We also planned for native plants that live sustainably and beautifully year-round, while toting colors and textures in the local climate. To elevate the use of the outdoor space, we constructed a large flagstone patio for guest seating, and lighting was purposefully placed in areas to showcase the visual landscape impact from day into night. Accent plants, such as the ornamental grasses and flowering perennials, really popped and provided beautiful color connections that also enhanced the newly remodeled pool area. As with any installation, our team faced challenges during construction, including working around existing utilities - and drainage issues. However, with planning and creativity we successfully resolved these items, and delivered a perfect steady installation that WOWed the clients. Ultimately, the outcome reeled in every client joyfully. The remodel took what was once an underutilized, dated backyard space and reshaped it into a luxurious outdoor retreat to enjoy with family and friends. The ecstatic clients walked away with a beautiful space, increasing their value of life and property as a result.
