Residential Applications by Cascade Greens, LLC, Synthetic Installations Cascade Greens, LLC is excited to share our newest residential landscaping , 'Residential Applications,' which embraces the enjoyment of outdoor living in the wonderful Pacific Northwest. We service communities from Adair Village to Vancouver, and we took a suburban property and transformed it into a beautiful escape that is functional and aesthetically pleasing. The included many types of landscaping; a beautiful synthetic lawn, green year-round without the upkeep of traditional grass; high quality, eco-friendly turf was installed for durability, resilience and a safe environment for children and pets. Flower beds of native Oregon plants were thoughtfully chosen for resilience and acclimation to the Portland area. Decorative stone path created visual intrigue while also providing a path through the garden to a seating area. The topography of the property was a significant challenge, as the surface had many fluctuations. A skilled crew graded and leveled the landscaping to create flow and resolve visual and accessibility concerns. A smart irrigation system was also installed and aided in getting all plantings enough water while conserving water. The end product is a stunning outdoor space that the clients envisioned and will help augment their lifestyle. The space is welcoming enough to host family gatherings while also being calm enough for peaceful evenings. They expressed delight with our professionalism. Their expectations were exceeded with our attention to detail, quality of materials installed, and the ability to turn their landscaping dream into a reality.
