Synthetic Backyard Installation by Cascade Greens, LLC, Synthetic Installations Cascade Greens, LLC recently created an impressive Synthetic Backyard Installation in Oregon, converting a typical outdoor space into a comfortable, atmospheric outdoor living area. Servicing the areas of Adair Village to Vancouver, the team worked diligently to craft a place that was beautiful while also being functional and in-line with the client’s vision for a garden oasis that would require little maintenance. The utilized high-quality synthetic turf material, which was strategically constructed to appear and function just like natural grass, yet be functional and long-lasting in the varying weather of the Pacific Northwest. The team established premium materials that were eco-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and good for water conservation, along with the synthetic turf material. Beautiful custom-crafted stone paths were designed and built with elegance and functionality to meander through the yard. One of the key challenges the faced was creating a level space to build out the backyard installation, as the backyard terrain was riddled with ups and downs from soil movement and erosion. The talented landscaping crew employed techniques for grading the yard, creating an adequate drainage space with the landscape and turf in mind, and smooth installation (as it relates to proper grading and leveling) in design. Plant beds were also planted with a burst of color with diverse native flowers, which were pleasing to the homeowner and supportive of local pollinators. In the end, the was fantastic. The client was extremely happy with their new space, and the aesthetics and functionality were seamlessly intertwined in this product. Thus, not only did the provide service to the homeowner, it increased the value of their home as well.
