This large-scale development showcases enhanced green spaces designed to capitalize on some of the site's natural beauty. Our team used a variety of native plants, maintained consistent flower beds, and selected hardscaping items such as stone walkways/retaining walls and materials found locally. From the beginning of the design process, we faced site considerations such as uneven terrain and drainage challenges that we creatively had to address. We were able to determine the best ways to create an effective water management system so that the landscape could flourish, while also getting through potentially heavy rainfall, with our expertise of quality well-placed sod and ornamental grasseseven contributing to aesthetically pleasing improved ecological connectivity to native surroundings too! The result is an amazing landscape which would give residents the ability to use the outdoor lifestyle. Community involvement and an opportunity for usage is seen in the seating areas with colorful plantings, while meandering trails create an opportunity for a leisurely stroll.
