This , which was designed for outdoor living space enhancement, featured a new cushy Zoysia grass install which is known for its hardiness and rich color of green. The covered a large area of lawn in Atlanta and the northern suburbs of Atlanta, specifically Dunwoody, Johns Creek, Roswell, etc., transforming existing yards into peaceful environments for outdoor living. After utilizing the proper Zoysia sod, we had to fully prepare the area for the installation, including soil amendments for drainage and to improve the nutrient ability of the soil. With unevenness, grass types existing, and careful observational removal and installation, our team worked diligently to adjust the existing site conditions. This necessary soil amendment and new-installation area required our crew to work hard on preparation so that when the Zoysia sod was delivered it was seamless to the whole lawn area. The new install of the thick, green Zoysia grass type now allows our clients to live comfortably and leisure in their outdoor area. Not only did the Zoysia turf grass improve the aesthetics of the properties but it also contributes to the value of the property. Because Zoysia grass is heat and drought tolerant, our client can enjoy their outdoor space more regularly, year-round as a home extension.
