Osprey Lane, an expansive 84-acre estate located in Hailey, Idaho, showcases a meticulously reimagined Main House that combines luxury with a contemporary Northwest Cabin aesthetic. Originally furnished in a Northeastern Adirondack style, the project aimed to update the living spaces to better reflect the local lifestyle and appeal to a diverse range of rental clientele. The Main House spans an impressive 6,700 square feet, part of a larger property that includes a 3,200 square foot Guest House and a 900 square foot Caretaker Apartment, resulting in a total livable area of 10,800 square feet. The project commenced in 2016 with a budget between $100,001 and $150,000, focusing on a holistic approach to design that involved refurnishing all three residences. Each space was thoughtfully decorated to create a welcoming environment that encourages guests to feel at home, even if only for a short stay. Care was taken to select furnishings that would resonate with a variety of tastes while avoiding overly personal details that could detract from the rental experience. One of the standout features of the Main House is the redesigned Family Room.
