About This Project

Summary: Double L Ranch, Wyoming A to Z Sprinklers & Landscape, Inc. is excited to reveal the Double L Ranch remodel in Wyoming, which we're taking great pride in. Located in the spectacular natural scenery of Wyoming, this large ranch offered a unique challenge to address a full landscaping approach that blended with the environment while being functional and attractively layed out. In our design, we tried to integrate as many different landscaping opportunities as we could; including native plant gardens, open grassy fields, and rock feature installations that matched the, and could tolerate the environment of Wyoming. We decided to utilize quality materials when designing the landscapes, including local stone selection, drought-tolerant plants, and good soil & waterproof landscape fabric. Two areas that presented some significant challenges for us included resourcing elevations together across property and final drainage. To respond to elevation challenges, we used a tiered garden approach that also created a new character in the property, and added to the drainage and soil stability. Lastly, we incorporated an irrigation system that encompassed enough functionality for the existing landscape needs, while limiting how much the landscape would draw on the water table. In the end, the results created a beautiful tear between natural landscaping elements and the owners vision that perfectly reflected a owned space for Double L Ranch. The owner was most excited stepping into the outdoor living space; the beautiful stone patio with surrounding flower beds, and serene water features leading to the expansive views of Wyoming.
