Aspen Ledge by The Rock Garden Located in the stunning foothills of Fort Collins, Colorado, 'Aspen Ledge' is a stunning landscaping completed by The Rock Garden that exemplifies our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. This blends natural beauty with functional outdoor living areas, turning the vision of the client into an incredible reality. The focal point of Aspen Ledge is the beautiful stone terrace that was built from locally sourced native stone, that fit seamlessly within the active landscape. This terrace allows for an ideal gathering place with custom seating designed to make a casual outdoor living experience. In addition to terrace, we built a series of cascading waterfalls that utilize recycled rainwater, which not only creates a calming atmosphere, but shows our commitment to sustainability. A key part of this was to develop a plan that dealt with the uniquely rocky and varied elevation site. Our talented team was able to design with the grading needed for drainage and stability, all while preserving the existing contours of the land. As a result, we built multi-level garden beds that are bursting with color all year round thanks to a selection of perennials and native drought-resistant plants, utilizing low-maintenance landscaping. The finished result of Aspen Ledge delighted our client and added both value and enjoyment to their property. With the inclusion of outdoor lighting, this transformed the space into a magical getaway at night, allowing for either entertainment or quiet time under the stars. This allowed The Rock Garden to display its unique expertise in landscape design/ build anywhere from Colorado and even into Wyoming, Nebraska, Utah, and beyond.
