Finished Work by Integrity Construction & Landscaping The firm works to convert outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes that work to enhance both look and function for our clients. Ann Arbor, Michigan As shown by the launch of our new , Completed s, Van Esch Architecture on work we have completed in different locations like Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, and more. For this we designed a complete landscape for a home in Rochester Hills where our biggest challenge was an unusable sloped yard. We used quality native plants which will thrive in this environment and provide for the local biodiversity. We assembled a palette of colorful and textural perennials, and grasses that bloom, sprout, and transition color through all seasons. The slope needed to be steaded, and it was a perfect opportunity for us to place a number of locally quarried natural stone retaining walls that are both practical and light on the eye. The stone walls helped to support the property but also broke it into planting beds that offer terrific substance for small spaces. In addition, we built a custom paver patio that is a great space for entertaining as well as for relaxation using a sustainable, permeable paver for proper drainage and great. To enhance the patio, we installed pathway lighting and surrounding landscape lighting to gently bathe the unique attributes of the garden in illumination, providing for a quiet ambience during night-time events. The was not without challenges, including unforeseen soil conditions and weather delays, but the diligent work from our team ensured deadlines were met while maintaining a high quality of work. The final outcome was a stunning landscape that solved the clients base imaginings into functional and beautiful as well. The thrilled client commented on our thoroughness and how all the pieces came together so nicely that it has become a family and friends gathering space.
