Introducing our new series titled 'Portfolio of Work Part 2' a testament to our quality and craftsmanship throughout the many communities we work within Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, and beyond. This particular included a full backyard redesign but came with some unique challenges of its own. The site conditions were uneven and shady, which challenged innovative solutions to create a conducive outdoor environment. Our professional team employed top-shelf, locally-sourced river stone pavers, quality mulch, and hardy native plants that keep the landscape looking fresh as day one. This highlights some of the main features that were done; we created a multi-level terrace patio that integrates nicely with the existing slope of the yard. Designed for rest and recreation, the outdoor living area features a built-in fire pit, encircled with bespoke benches for inviting gatherings. Low-voltage LED lighting was utilized to enhance the evening ambience by showcasing various landscape elements while also providing a warm glow as darkness approaches. We also included solutions for drainage within the site and designed a natural rain garden that solves surface water runoff but also increases biodiversity creating habitats for local fauna and pollinators. The end product turned the backyard into a colorful oasis that is true to the client's aspirations while being functional and sustaining life. Our thrilled clients shared how our painstaking focus on detail view, and quality craftsmanship transformed their once difficult yard into a cozy outdoor escape. It is a proud reminder that Integrity Construction & Landscaping can build beautiful sustainable places to meet client-specific needs throughout the regions we serve.
