The began with an extensive consultation in which our specialists studied everything from the lifestyle needs to the vision of the homeowner. Using our deep understanding of local plants, we selected a plant palette including natives, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs that provided year-round seasonal interest and ecological value for our area. We built a custom stone patio to add some character, using good old bluestone on top of a gravel base for stability. The spacious patio with built-in fire pit is ideal for socializing with family and friends while star gazing. Along with the patio, we shaped pathways circulating it, easing in a softened terrain for perennial beds & guiding the visitors to wander through the garden. This had so many obstacles and one of the more larger issues was the slope so there was plenty of grading and plenty of retaining walls. We built beautiful natural stone retaining walls that played dual purpose: providing landscape stability, while also introducing beautiful and unique character to the design thrugestural shape and material. The end result was a stunning landscape that surpassed the clients expectations. This careful combination of hardscaping and softscaping elements created not only great curb appeal but also a private oasis for the home owners. The final turnout of the outdoor space was nothing less than a masterpiece, and the client was overjoyed and couldn't wait to have a few gatherings in their new outdoor retreat, all thanks to our eyes for detail and efficient quality craftsmanship.
