Westin Hotels Landscaping by Sylvia's Landscaping Company, LLC Sylvia's Landscaping Company, LLC is excited to share this we recently completed at Westin Hotels, a landscape renovation that balances sophistication and form. For the flourishing communities of Chicago and the surrounding area, our team designed a beautiful outdoor plaza that reflects the brand's devotion to exceeding expectations with their customers. The included an array of planting materials, including lush greenery and colorful flower beds, fused with inviting hardscapes. With that included the use of flagstone pathways and natural stone walls, we created a welcoming arrival sequence that softly transitions to the building's architecture. And, with native plants selected throughout, we add to the palette while adding a level of sustainability and low maintenance that assists with plant stamina in our local weather. The best part is that the landscape can continue to be beautiful for decades. As for the challenges, we commonly identified were existing drainage-related issues with water in multiple spots across the property. We had a variety of ways to solve these challenges in order to keep the water from pooling near or around the property location. Our team implemented much of the drainage system we designed in combination with a group storms type jurisdictional panache and presented a peaceful landscape for our clients. As for the end product, we were able to present a landscape with exploded colors for different seasons, neat waist high lawns, and wonderful comfortable seating opportunities to enjoy the tranquil setting. As a result of working with Westin Hotels, we developed a beautiful outdoor environment to complement their Mayor accommodation inside. By way of our detailing and craftsmanship, we are not simply developing the area exterior, we have made a loyal client with the opportunity for landscape design and maintenance all across greater Chicago.
