Garden Showcase Event: Rustic Vineyard Wedding Designed and installed by THE OHIO VALLEY GROUP, INC. Situated in the heart of Ohio's beautiful landscape, the Garden Showcase Event: Rustic Vineyard Wedding exemplified the vision of the designers at THE OHIO VALLEY GROUP, INC. Our goal was to create an enchanting location for clients searching for that delicate balance between charm and elegance. The property was grand, so considerable design work was necessary. The incorporated aesthetic landscaping features that referenced the vineyard theme, including trellises planted with climbing vines and clusters of grapes, providing a romantic and inviting atmosphere. The materials utilized were sustainable and sourced locally. For example, reclaimed wood was used for the pergola and natural stone was used to create pathways through the space. One of the primary challenges was creating an outdoor location that could seamlessly accommodate both an intimate wedding ceremony and an active wedding reception. This challenge was met by strategically situating landscaping highlights to create areas within the space without blocking the views, allowing for a smooth transition from space to space. Additionally, we designed drainage shows of native plants to address the drainage issues inherent to an outdoor space, not only adding beauty but also demonstrating sustainability. The final product delighted our clients, who were extremely pleased with the lush green installations, fragrant floral arrangements, and soft lighting accents, which created a warm atmosphere. The rustic vineyard wedding venue visually demonstrated our commitment to craftsmanship and timeless design, exemplifying the idea of a romantic celebration in the midst of the natural beauty of Ohio.
