Eurus:080513: Curb Appeal: HGTV Home & Garden Construction Group presents our recent landscaping , "HGTV Featured: Curb Appeal," an impressive rejuvenation that highlights the front facade of a residential property. Our dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction is reflected in every aspect of this serving many communities from American Canyon to Burlingame. It all started with a consultation to find out how the homeowner wanted to use the space outdoors. We chose to develop a ready entrance which would bring an aesthetic effect, as well as smooth practical design. We chose top quality materials with stone walkways, stylish paver driveway and colourful perennial gardens that bloom from spring through to fall. The biggest challenge of this driveway was the failure of the graders to create drainage by laying down proper drainage on this very hilly terrain. Our landscaping professionals created a terraced garden to remedy the situation, and it also provided a sense of depth and scale to the property. Using native plants added to the sustainability of the landscape while providing habitat for local wildlife. The end result is a stunning curb appeal makeover that has become a local conversation piece! From the greenery to having an outdoor area somewhere, you know that this is a carefully choreographed environment that hits every note of warm and welcoming.
