Historical Restoration Graham Stanley & Associates is pleased to report on a entitled 'Historical Restoration', that honors the legacy of a prominent estate in Beverley Hills. We proudly took on the challenge of restoring this renowned garden by striking a balance between historic design and achievable future best practices. Working through the planners and the coordinating team, we restored the garden orientation, but also created the use of heirloom and artificially-nativized plants that originally prospered in the region. We used natural materials for pathways (reclaimed stone) and antique wrought iron gates to keep the original quality but quality and durability for ongoing use. New irrigation systems were installed out of sight lines to increase water efficiency without detracting from the commitment to eco-friendly landscaping. Throughout the , we faced the challenge of uneven and inclined terrain, and also the existing mature trees. Our team used innovative measures for the , ensuring the heritage trees were kept in place, while also looking visually appealing. The final outcome was an exceptional yard with existing mature trees, beds of flowering perennial plants, water features, and an overall functioning entertaining yard. The final client payer was very satisfied, indicating it was truly a win-win outcome by restoring the garden, to not only preserve the estate legacy but also to provide a private tranquil area for families to cherish together.
