This exceptionally designed exterior boasts an outdoor living space, and a smooth, custom natural stone paver patio, adding beauty and strength to endure the coastal environment. We chose from a variety of native succulents and colorful perennials to create a drought-tolerant but riotously colorful ecosystem that would be able to survive on as little water as possible. The slope of the land was one of the main challenges of this , so careful landscaping had to be done to provide appropriate snow melt drainage and soil stabilization. Using terracing and retaining walls built with local materials, our talented team was able to create terraces in the world where they can be both visually and physically functional. With modern features such as a peaceful water fountain and soft lighting along the path, we created a centralized spot that invites people to relax and enjoy the space. The end result is a beautiful ranch-style garden that embodies what the homeowners had in mind but also preserves the value of the entire property. Juniper Landscape Company is a locally owned landscape company that specializes in doing detail-oriented work.
