About This Project

Interior Living Space by The León Group, LLC The León Group, LLC is excited to announce the 'Interior Living Space '. This gorgeous living space combines the comfort of indoors with the allure of nature. This , located in the Hamptons, was designed to utilize the beautiful natural elements of Amagansett, Bridgehampton, and beyond, creating a comfortable place to relax and entertain. We designed a beautiful space that focuses on outdoor living, features a spacious deck made of Ipe, a durable hardwood known for its rich, warm colors. The outside landscape is enhanced with the use of lush native plantings that will provide year-round color while not requiring a lot of maintenance. Guests can meander through the grounds on the custom stone paths made of local bluestone. One of the site's challenges was the grading of the landscape. We leveled and graded the site wisely to achieve appropriate drainage while enhancing the visual experience with differing elevations. We designed a simple irrigation system that conserves water and provides hydration, which is essential in peak summer for plants to thrive. The end result is a beautiful balance of aesthetics and functionality where our clients have enjoyed their new outdoor kitchen and dining area with a grill and firepit for a flawless entertainment experience. The outcome is consistent with The León Group’s focus on quality construction and attention to detail, making the 'Interior Living Space ' a true expansion of the home which complements the beautiful landscape of the Hamptons. We have visually beautified the property, but we also added value for our clients with a stunning space to make memories.
