Residential Install for City Plantscaping, LLC City Plantscaping, LLC is proud to present our newest residential landscape , a remarkable overhaul that redefined outdoor living for our clients who reside in the Denver metro area, including the communities of Arvada, Aurora, and Cherry Hills Village. Both sophisticated and creative, the showcased the level of skill, effort, and craftsmanship of our work. The scope of work included the installation of an elaborate stone patio built for both aesthetics and usability. Locally sourced flagstone was used to help maintain our commitment to proper sustainability. The flagstone patio was laid out in a geometric pattern which was geometry was very appropriate for the modern home. In addition to the patio, a diverse yet lush blend of native plants, ornamental grasses, and flowering perennials were used to provide visual interest and establish a low-maintenance and sustainable landscape for our clients. Not only did the plant selection for the beautify the outdoor space located in the urban sprawl of the city, but it also supported the local ecosystem and plant communities. One of the unique challenges that we faced on this was the uneven terrain. The garden location was disrupted by improper grading and new drainage methods had to be installed to properly move water away from the home and to prevent erosion. To contour the landscape when installing the stone patio, retaining wall, and gardens we employed many techniques utilizing modern technology and management to produce a seamless transition to the outdoor space that is both beautiful and usable. After the space was expertly managed and lush plant material was placed, we finished the with low-voltage landscape lighting which highlighted the architectural beauty of the home and garden to create an inviting space for night-time gatherings. The fire pit walls, which were made from natural boulders, also complemented the well and provided homeowners with a comfortable place to hang out and relax. There is always a level of added joy when you see the smiles on clients faces when they see such stunning results. It is honestly very rewarding for a contractor to see the design and installation exceed the aesthetic and functional expectations of the community and its members. This unique outcome generated a stunning outdoor oasis and a retreat for the homeowners to enjoy year-round.
