Water Feature / Landscape Lighting by Pond Country Pond Country is excited to present our most recent . This was a beautiful backyard that was transformed to create a relaxing water feature and then to enhance it with a lighting design. We work throughout the Carolina's - from Belews Creek to Raleigh and we were thrilled at the prospect of merging a calm water feature with a lighting design that would not only enhance the aesthetics but the ambiance. The starting point of this is a custom-made pond complete with flowing water into a series of soft waterfalls designed to create calming sounds that create relaxation. We used natural stone and sustainable materials wherever we could for durability and to complement the existing landscape. The pond is also outfitted with a selection of thoughtfully arranged aquatic plants. These plants enhance both the beauty but start a healthy ecosystem for the pond. To further enhance the environment, our team also installed LED landscape lighting in locations determined with great care. This fixture not only lights the pond and its surrounding plant material but highlights the textures and colors of the natural stonewalls in the evening hours; an experience that evokes the feeling of magic. Our team was able to overcome the existing slopes and contours of the yard to generate a seamless integration from water feature to existing landscape. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Our clients now have a beautiful outdoor retreat for entertaining in or for relaxing after a long day on the job.
