Landscape Design / Total Overhaul by Mark's Lawn Service, Inc. Right in the middle of our service area, we at Mark's Lawn Service, Inc. have officially completed a re-vamp and landscaping called Landscape Design / Total Overhaul. This was located in the very friendly community of Maple Grove, and it is a beautiful representation of what we strive to do with quality and creativity when designing your outdoor dream. We put together an intentional and cohesive landscape design that balanced functionality and aesthetics. The outdoor living space features an amazing new flagstone patio that was built for entertaining. We included native plants to create interest and biodiversity but that were low maintenance as well. We also added a water feature that served as a focal point while providing a lovely sound to the landscape; what a wonderful way to relax! One of the challenges we faced was grading because of an inconsistent site, which always brings fun and creatively solutions as it relates to proper drainage and stability. Our crew was hard at work with quality craftsmanship, unique techniques, durable pavers, and locally available stone to work through grading and accomplish a lovely landscape design. With a lush and tranquil retreat accomplished, our clients were thrilled; we successfully transformed their backyard into an inviting and lively space for gathering and enjoyment of nature. With beautiful plants, lighting, and some well-placed upgraded features, the newly re-vamped landscape brought valuable curb appeal and market value to their property.
