We began the with a thorough scoping of the site to determine where the drain tile systems would be installed. Then, using high quality, perforated PVC pipes, we put together a sophisticated drainage system to direct an excess amount of water away from areas where it could cause soil erosion onto patios, foundations, or in other areas of the property's landscape. The team carefully excavated the areas where the drain tile would be located while establishing properly graded areas for the water to be drained toward. A challenge we faced while getting through this was working with rocky soil which could have caused the to take significantly longer. Thankfully, the crew we had on site was very experienced and had the proper equipment to get through the rocky soil and continue on the installation smoothly. In addition, we also installed landscape fabric around the drain tiles to help filter out the soil etc., to help prolong the life and durability of the system. In addition to the regional drainage solution we provided, we also installed several native plants and decorative stone borders around the garden beds which not only improved functionality but also provided great aesthetics for sure! The final product is a seamless useful piece of very functional landscape that is now free of water-logging and has beautiful green space! The customer was satisfied with the outcome and was very happy not only with the lacking water and drainage problem, but the aesthetics of the landscape, and the green was back for sure!
