Solana Beach Modern Landscape Design + Build by Barrels & Branches Barrels & Branches | Solana Beach Contemporary Design & Installation Situated in one of the delightfully scenic communities along the coast Solana Beach the beautifully modern landscape work by Barrels & Branches is spot on. We had a fantastic team reshape an unassuming outdoor area into a welcoming, new-age garden that fits seamlessly to the style of the home. This included seamless integration of native plants, sustainable materials and modern architectural components. The plants we used were very drought tolerant, including succulents and ornamental grasses, allowing for the landscape to remain attractive and functional with little runoff of water. They added a nice, concrete patio for outdoor entertaining, and a pair of custom wooden pergolas for shade and aesthetics. The hilly nature of the land we purchased was one of the most difficult challenges to face we had to grade and terrace a great deal of it so the home would safely drain and be secure. To combat this, our experienced crew built multi-level garden beds that improved functionality as well as aesthetics. We also used natural stone for the walkways, which helped the space feel connected and continued guiding guests from the patio to the gorgeous gardens. We prioritized quality workmanship with the highest-level, sustainable materials throughout the for durability and permanence. The end result is an impressive landscape that achieved and surpassed our customers expectations, giving them the ideal peaceful escape right outside their door while also reflecting the personality of the house and the beauty of the Solana Beach location. Delighted feedback from the client and the itself make it a perfect business card for our landscaping company especially in this area of San Diego, i.e. Cardiff By The Sea, Encinitas and in-between.
