The patio was an impressive design that has natural stone pavers; the placement of a fireplace that provides heat; and all new outdoor lighting that provides not only functionality but also aesthetics. The patio had natural stone pavers and was designed to connect your indoor living space to your outdoor living space. The team took a sloped yard off the challenge of the yard, by providing a layered approach to have different tiers of use; it provides the user and the aesthetic of looking down into different levels. The centerpiece for the renovation was the custom fireplace; the fireplace was built and installed with higher-quality materials that provide not only heat but also an area for family and friends to gather. An LED light system was installed by the Ohio Valley Group that illuminated key features; it lights the pathways throughout the yard while also allowing key landscape features to be illuminated.
