Vande Hey Company, Inc. - Commercial Hardscapes Vande Hey Company, Inc. is excited to showcase the 'Commercial Hardscapes' , which is a unique commercial property renovation in the great region surrounding Appleton, Black Creek, and beyond. This was completed to create a welcoming, usable outdoor area that improved the look and use of the client's building. Our crew carefully designed and installed hardscape features such as interlocking pavers, a retaining wall, and strong pathways that connected many areas of the property. We paid close attention to products for longevity and sustainability. In particular, we selected permeable pavers as this added interest to the outdoor spaces, allowed for water drainage, and kept our environmentally friendly. One of the significant challenges was the slopes on site and we needed to create a plan to grade to provide proper drainage and stability. Our crew worked very hard to shape the site while taking on the changes, finishing the on time and on budget. The also allowed us to create hardscape features for functionality such as seating areas and planters to support social interactions as a welcoming space for employees and clients. The outdoor space is beautiful and practical. The commercial property is now well designed with amazing stone pathways and great gathering areas which is not only aesthetically pleasing and elevates the property's curb appeal, but also accomplished a true community space for all to enjoy. The client was pleased!
