Landscaping s in 2016 by My Landscape Guide In 2016, My Landscape Guide completed a series of s that transformed landscapes in various communities, including La Vergne, Lascassas, Murfreesboro, Rockvale, Smyrna, Walterhill, Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Goodlettsville, Antioch, Madison, and Leiper's Fork. Each was designed and executed according to the values and aesthetic interests of the client. One exceptional was a sprawling residential site in Franklin, where we aimed to create an outdoor space that was both visually appealing and functional in use. We worked within the designs of several garden beds and planting areas, and across multiple levels, to create a visual centerpiece of a water feature that tied the entire landscape together. Additionally, to complete the vision, we used comfortable, durable, and variated materials to create paths and terrace walls that focused on locally sourced stone for an overall organic look consistent with the natural setting. Three initial objectives we faced included variable elevations of the site and drainage problems in certain areas. Our landscape architects quickly provided an innovative resolution: to grade the garden and incorporate rational drainage systems that would resolve any issues regarding water retention while aesthetically enhancing the visual appeal of the gardens. This approach yielded the maximum value and visual quality with integrated designs. Ultimately the property became an exhilarating outdoor escape for the homeowners, increasing their ability to combine function with both relaxation and social gatherings. Our focus on and commitment to excellence (including communication) and full service transformed the overall designs into a picturesque outdoor space, from the decisions of plant species to what we constructed for hardscape aspects of the designs.
