Wheaton Private Residence Pool CB Conlin Landscapes Inc. is proud to present the Wheaton Private Residence Pool, a beautiful undertaking combining luxury with nature, located in Wheaton, Illinois. The was a labor of love, serving as a demonstration of our commitment to quality workmanship and ingenuity in creating landscape solutions. The centerpiece of this beautiful outdoor space is a custom swimming pool finished with carefully sourced natural stone pavers, which seamlessly blend with the character of the landscape. The durable materials used are capable of maintaining their appearance over time and resisting the elements while enhancing overall landscape appeal. Surrounding the pool, we installed a series of lively native plant beds that were designed to provide a variety of textures and colors that bloom throughout the seasons. All of this ideally sets the stage for conversation and enjoyment. One of the challenges presented in this was the sloped site. We developed grading and drainage solutions that created a flat area for the pool while removing water from the surrounding gardens. Additionally, we built a very beautiful stone retaining wall that is functional, in that it provides a place to address level changes, while being aesthetically pleasing and serving as a perch for seasonal blooms. Lighting for the played a significant role, and we installed a variety of LED fixtures that illuminate the pool area while showcasing the beautiful gardens from nighttime view. This function plays a dual role of providing safety while creating a atmosphere for guests in the evening. The end result was an extremely beautiful pool scape that went far beyond the owner's expectations.
