EXAMPLE S: OUTDOOR KITCHENS & FIRE PITS (MARGOLIS COMPANIES) In the latest edition of Margolis Companies' of the month, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Canton, Brighton, Superior Charter Township, Dexter, Chelsea and Saline, we showcase an incredible landscaping actually completed titled Outdoor Kitchens & Fire Pits that turned outdoor living spaces into beautiful spaces to enjoy. This was meant to provide warm, functional spaces to bring the family together and entertain guests whilst combining aesthetics with functionality. A custom-built outdoor kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, an expansive granite countertop and beautiful stone backsplash served as the main focal point within this . We used hardy weather-resistant materials that will last not only a lifetime but look great doing it. To maximize views of the surrounding landscape, the kitchen is located adjacent to the indoor dining area. This beautiful fire pit area was built next to the kitchen and features natural stone seating, perfect for relaxing and socializing. The fire pit itself is built of carefully selected stone, giving warmth and light on chilly nights under the stars. We added some efficient lighting to set the space up for some magic and allow for later night enjoyment. Difficulties included steep terrain and lack of utility access, but our in-house specialists found innovative and resourceful ways to meet challenges head-on throughout the process. This ensured that we had an ideal footprint for the layout of the buildings that utilized space as effectively as possible while still showcasing the beauty of the area. The end result was a stunning outdoor retreat that was above and beyond our clients aspirations. They were happy that the kitchen and fire pit fit together so nicely and have turned into the center of the home so quickly. The Margolis Companies has done well with this providing long-lasting well designed space that beautifies the property and creates a space that connects people and allows them to use it for the years to come.
