THE OHIO VALLEY GROUP, INC. is thrilled to share the remarkable transformation of a front and backyard residential outdoor space in Northeast Ohio - located in the beautiful communities of Aurora, Chagrin Falls, and beyond. The design/build will speak for itself when it comes to quality, creativity, and client satisfaction. The process began with an initial consultation where we deciphered the clients' vision for the front yard to be welcoming and the backyard to be expansive and functional. Our team created a design that complemented the existing architecture while improving the curb appeal. The front yard features a beautiful hardscape laid using Belgard pavers that provide an excellent walkway, wrapped with perennial gardens that offer seasonal colors. Built stone retaining walls served to add aesthetic appeal while ensuring structure and blending into the existing landscape. A sloped back yard presented another problem. However, the OVG team engineered a multi-layered garden option to provide maximum space and accessibility. A beautiful composite deck bordering an outdoor kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances were also added for entertainment purposes. Finally, landscaping was composed of native plants that would help sustain the landscape and draw enjoyable local wildlife, creating an oasis for the homeowners. Lighting was also a key design element for the . Our team included low-voltage LED lights along pathways and for highlighting particular landscape features. This not only increased illumination of the landscaped space and safety for evening gatherings, but also helped magnify the beauty of the space. All together, the resulted in an absolutely stunning and functional outdoor space that achieved and exceeded the clients' vision.
