One of the hallmark features of this retreat is its commitment to eco-friendly construction. The design incorporates a range of sustainable materials, including reclaimed wood and organic finishes, while ensuring the elimination of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) throughout the home. A thoughtfully installed solar array further enhances the home's sustainability, providing energy efficiency and reducing its carbon footprint. The interior design maximizes the breathtaking southern views of the Catamount and Butternut Mountains, with the great room and dining areas designed to be open and inviting. Screened and covered porches extend the living space outdoors, allowing for a seamless transition between the interior and the surrounding landscape. Particularly noteworthy is the master bath, featuring custom vanities crafted from Pioneer Millworks Reclaimed American Gothic Beech, meticulously handcrafted by NEWwoodworks.
