Egg Harbor NJ Residence - Ledden Palimeno Landscape Co. Located in the tranquil environment of Egg Harbor, NJ, the Egg Harbor Residence landscape is representation of the art and expertise of Ledden Palimeno Landscape Co. in high-end landscaping. This particular was a complete landscape renovation to create a quality outdoor space that strived for both form and function to provide the client with a place of escape. The new landscape was carefully designed with a layout that featured an extensive list of native planting which was sustainable and enhanced the natural beauty of the area. We utilized only quality materials for the hardscape which included onsite stone for the pathways and retaining walls, both of which were sufficient in durability and were consistent with the architecture of the residence. One of the challenges we faced was the topography of the landscape. Our expert team graded the land to provide missed-level areas for outdoor entertaining and plant features which included a breathtaking flagstone patio encased with seating for lounging and relaxation. The installation of a custom built fire-pit with consideration to lush low-maintenance perennials will provide for future enjoyment amongst family and friends. We took the outdoor experience to the next level by providing a quality and sophisticated irrigation system which was designed to promote healthy plants all season long. In addition to that, a quality lighting package to highlight some of the beautiful landscape features, while generating an enchanting scene in the evenings. The finished speaks for itself in creating a magnificent outdoor space that far exceeded the client's expectations. Not to mention that the owner expressed joy in blending natural beauty with a practical designed landscape. The Egg Harbor Residence will become a beloved place of sanctuary for the owners for many many years to come.
