Midland NC Trull We at Wilson's Natural Landscaping, LLC are pleased to present the Midland NC Trull , a fantastic renovation of a residential outdoor space that embodies our dedication to quality craftsmanship and creative design solutions. Located in the heart of Midland, we completely remade a standard backyard that was neither functional nor appealing. To start, we conducted our thorough site analysis identifying the client's needs and desires for their outdoor space. Their wish was clear, a balance of nature and leisure that would be the perfect place for family gatherings and personal escapes. We provided a detailed design of a multipurpose space which included a striking natural stone patio, seamlessly integrated to lush, native plant gardens that would provide year-round interest. As part of the scope, we designed and built a custom fire pit with seating that would encourage relaxing evenings under the stars. We were mindful to use high-quality, sustainable sourced materials that would stand the test of time and have a light footprint impacting the local ecosystem. We also chose permeable pavers which were aesthetically appealing but also addressed the drainage issues, again demonstrating our commitment to environmentally-friendly building practices. As is often the case when tackling residential properties, we had to overcome some existing site challenges, uneven slopes of the property and an existing drainage situation, which was causing serious structural concerns. Our team of experienced professionals was able to navigate siteappropriate grading plan and the installation of a French drain in the design to accommodate the site issues. This will help with water flow and keep these drainage concerns from happening in the future. Overall, the Midland NC Trull is a beautiful outdoor space that was both functional and appealing. The client was thrilled with the outcome, specifically the integration of hardscapes and softscapes that turned their backyard into a personal haven. From the vibrant plant selections designed to attract wildlife to the overall seating elements designed to build connection, each element was carefully selected and considered.
