Through creative drainage solutions and thoughtful plant selection of native drought-tolerant species we not only improved the look, we also created a sustainable landscape for years to come. Features of the include a quality made wooden deck to entertain and take in ocean views, adorned with a wide variety of colorful local coastal plantings, including lavender, succulents, and ornamental grasses. Winding natural stone paths take you on journey through the home with intimate seating areas that encourage the occupant to connect with nature. The deck is built from high-quality reclaimed wood, while the crystal-clear stone pathways used natural stone, all locally sourced. The end product is a stunning outdoor area that exceeds the clients expectations, delivering a peaceful refuge reminiscent of Rincon Beach.
