Install Retaining Wall 2 by Mike's Clean Cut Landscaping, Inc Mike's Clean Cut Landscaping, Inc. · June 18 · The center of Oakland County at a backyard that was sloped and uneven that we were able to provide a functional beautiful outdoor space from the 'Retaining wall install 2' Our team had the task of building a retaining wall to provide erosion control, while also complementing the landscape for the great looking communities of Auburn Hills, Beverly Hills, and everywhere in between. Our craftsmen, using only top-grade, locally-sourced natural stone, not only designed an expertly tiered retaining wall, they made sure it fit in perfectly with the surrounding land. The issue was made even more aesthetically pleasing when decorative boulders and plants were added to the mix, bringing in colors and textures into the area as well. The plantings were done with the intention of hiding erosion behind them, creating a much more beautiful setting. The house nestled on a steep incline that tested the limits of our engineering prowess, but we worked diligently to create a well stabilized foundation that would stand the test of time. We dug up the area, made sure the ground was stable and contained any drainage materials that would lead you to lose ground water underneath and behind the wall. The end product was a functional yet highly aesthetic landscape piece that far exceeded our clients expectations. It not only serves its valuable purpose to restrain soil erosion, but it also provides a beautiful scenery for outdoor gatherings and family activities. The clients were over the moon with their new installation, loving how it fitted seamlessly into their home and added value to their property.
