About This Project

Haddonfield NJ Residence #5, Ledden Palimeno Landscape Co. Residence #5, located in the historical Haddonfield near all of its amenities, was an exceptionally detailed transformation performed by Ledden Palimeno Landscape Co. that embodies our passion for quality in landscape design and construction methods! This involved a complete redesign of the outdoor area with a harmonious combination of hardscape and softscape design solutions to create both functionality and beauty. The key features of this included a custom bluestone patio serving as an amazing space for family and friends to gather. The patio was balanged with a naturally-stoned fire pit creating the perfect environment to host friends and family. The patio was framed with colorful perennial gardens to give seasonal color and texture throughout the year. One of the complexities involved was the sloping site conditions, which required careful grading and drainage to avoid water accumulation in the landscape features. Our team skillfully transformed the site so that the patio flows seamlessly into the landscape; we looked to source quality building materials that harmonize with the home. To promote private and tranquil setting we carefully selected evergreen hedges and ornamental trees to provide depth to the landscape while also creating a natural barrier. It was also important to our revisions to source plants that are native to the local soil to promote sustainability and require minimal upkeep. In conclusion, with our teams' revisions the outcome was a captivating outdoor space that exceeded the expectations of the client. The homeowners commented on the pleasure of enjoying a functional yet serene place that perfectly blends with their lifestyle.
