Franklin Foundation Replacement This Franklin Foundation Replacement on behalf of My Landscape Guide was a complete overhaul of outdoor space, a reimagining of outdoor beauty but focused on structural issues for our client. The took place in downtown Franklin, TN to improve the outdoor aesthetic while still providing durability, a necessary arrangement to ensure usability. Before any work took place, we did a complete assessment of the foundation, landscape layout, and structural stability as well as environmental conditions. We faced varying challenges such as uneven conditions and an unstable drainage system threatening property stability. After we were finished with the , we executed a total solution anchored by professional grading so water could flow properly to reduce erosion. We selected durable materials including limestone boulders for the retaining walls to have a quality, rustic appeal. Native plants were selected to thrive in the Tennessee climate to ensure viability while requiring minimal maintenance. Extravagant pathways used permeable pavers to increase percolation and lead you back into the greenery. The outcome ended up transforming the entire space. With all focused on function and beauty, the new landscape included vibrant flower beds, a water element, seating areas to impede interest back outdoors.
