Mill Pointe Transforming Landscapes with Outdoor Expressions, Inc. The Mill Pointe , located in the heart of West Bloomfield, showcases the artistic approach to building that Outdoor Expressions, Inc. is known for in the greater Detroit area, including Auburn Hills and Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills. This large scale landscaping reno changed a sloped and rough backyard into a beautiful outdoor oasis, perfect for enjoying and entertaining. The showcased a multi-level garden that was designed very thoughtfully to transition seamlessly with natural stone feature walls from the upper section down to a tranquil lower patio. Handpicked, durable and elegant bluestone pavers were also selected to complement the home's architecture. With the slope come incredible drainage concerns, and our team devised a beautiful solution by seamlessly blending in a flashing french drain system that handled water without being an eye sore. Along with the hardscaping, we gathered a selection of native plants and ornamental grasses and summer blooming perennials that could bolster both biodiversity and habitat for wildlife. We also included a custom fire pit with comfortable seats to encourage gatherings on the patio and enjoy sitting outdoors on those warm evenings in the stars. The end product was a beautiful lush green oasis with walkways and benches to enjoy, and spaces that the client and their family can utilize and enjoy together. This not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of Mill Pointe but also raised the property value, while maintaining Outdoor Expressions, Inc.'s standard of quality, attention to detail, and customer service the entire way through the job.
