About This Project

Clarkston Pool Area Outdoor Expressions, Inc. is excited to share the transformation to the Clarkston Pool Area, a that merges aesthetic and functional beauty. Amidst the beautiful surroundings that Clarkston has to offer, this outdoor retreat is meant to be enjoyed for relaxation and entertainment. In a where we designed the pool, we also built a beautiful natural stone patio around it. In this case, we choose a slip-resistant natural blue stone which is high quality Venetian stones. Strategic lush landscaping with native, perennial plants and ornamental grasses provides multiple layers of seasonal texture and color. A big hurdle we had to combat was it being on a slope so we incorporated tiered planting beds and retaining walls on this build. These improved aesthetic and drainage capabilities over time, as well as minimizing surface erosion and supporting plant growth. We wanted the pool area to match with a custom pergola we had installed that would provide shade and a place to lounge with some climbing vines as well. Sea Views So this laidback style seen throughout the landscaping plus the ambient lighting along the pool's edge are perfect for warm evenings with family and friends. The end result is a spectacular pool space that melds with nature, giving the client their own little slice of paradise at home. Outdoor Expressions, Inc. was honored to see this vision come to life and the clients thrilled to have a new outdoor oasis that will provide memories with family and friends for years to come.
