Grounds Care by Country Club Landscaping Country Club Landscaping is excited to present 'Grounds Care,' a unique landscaping that reflects our positive attitude toward design and creativity in the outdoor environment. Our serves the beautiful communities within Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Centerville, Dayton, Five Points, Franklin, Kettering, Miamisburg, Moraine, Oakwood, Springboro, Waynesville, and West Carrollton City, and is our opportunity to revitalize a property in need of a complete overhaul of its outdoor environment. The began with an initial site study of the property, which had an uneven grade, unkempt shrubs, and no cohesive design. The challenge was on, and we took an appropriate response in multiple ways: we re-graded the property for drainage and accessibility before planting the landscape to ensure the viability and longevity required. The 'Grounds Care' included an impressive selection of native plants that had both resiliency and a low-maintenance requirement to beautify the surrounding environment while increasing the habitat of local wildlife. We integrated flower beds with an assortment of perennials and annuals, ensuring a seasonally varied color palette, while hardscaping transects led an inviting foot-path through luscious gardens and an array of beautiful landscape. We had to face the challenge of the property just being too shady in certain parts; therefore, we had to utilize many species that thrive in native zones classified as 'shade tolerant'working to ensure a successful landscape use of every square foot of the garden. A sustainable water cycle irrigation system was put in place for watering the flora while planning for the water use for landscape sustainability. 'Grounds Care' is an amazing that concluded with wonderful results. An uninspired yard space has now provided a tranquil space for reflection with a water feature designed as both a tranquil water sound and a birdbath, without negative landscaping implications. An improved balance of natural aesthetics was introduced that made compliance with the homeowner's original vision much quieter. We are exceptionally pleased; we have provided a homeowner with an outdoor environment that improves the curb appeal of their home, as well as create a place for retreat, enjoyment and relaxation.
