Signature Dr Hillside by Country Club Landscaping Located in the beautiful hillside area of Beavercreek, the Signature Dr Hillside from Country Club Landscaping showcases our craftsmanship and innovation in landscaping. This reflects our commitment to the Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Centerville, and surrounding communities to create quality landscape features. The featured a steeply sloped hillside that presented several issues, specifically, soil erosion and accessibility. Our team of professionals worked to design an elaborate system of terracing using high-quality stone retaining walls that were sourced locally. The retaining walls provided an excellent way to stabilize the hillside (while allowing for some soil erosion); in addition, they became a key feature of the that provided unnecessary, but well-designed, aesthetics as well to blend into the natural landscape. To complement the aesthetics, we selected a variety of native plants, where their bloom or structure would help provide color through all four seasons and would support ecological sustainability. We chose an assortment of perennials, annuals, and ornamental grasses that were included in the design to create movement, color, and texture. Finally, our design also incorporated a custom irrigation system that achieved our water-efficient sustainability practices while providing health for the plants. The addition of a winding path made from reclaimed pavers enhanced the charm and practical part of the , allowing for the experience of strolling through the lush plant material. Logistically, we were challenged with planning each phase of the in a way that limited the disturbance or damages to the existing material and will still provide further accomplishments from surrounding peers. The completion of Signature Dr Hillside compared to what began as an once struggle to use one’s backyard space became a welcome landscape to enhance property value as well as a restful landscape for the homeowners. They were amazed with the final product, as well as were very complimentary of our professionalism, competence, and how our design melded seamlessly with the landscape.
