Gilson The 'Gilson' , complete by The Landscaping People, Inc. is a fine example of our focus on the craft of landscaping. Located in the active community of Fort Lauderdale, this large residential property offered the landscaping team unique challenges. The assignment involved the complete renovation of the exterior space that included beautiful planted gardens, hardscape elements, and functional outdoor living areas. To begin the we assessed the site conditions and noted items like poor drainage and needed soil amendments to carry forward end energy toward the landscape. Our team employed native plants of excellent quality, to ensure sustainability and resiliency against the regional climate. Permeable pavers are used in the patio system to showcase elegance, divert site waters to the drain point and carry off heavy rainwater without hindering hospitality. The fire pit feature with custom seating is the focal point of the , creating an area for family and friends to gather. We also did further work to introduce texture and color through floral shrubs and ornamental grass to provide potential landscape interest beyond the planting season. Uneven grade and existing landscape features informed detail on the that needed to manage equitable landscape opportunities during the planned execution period. When brainstorming solutions between planting designs and opportunities for clients, we exhibited post-effort, commitment, and sacrifice with an inventive landscape that incorporated beauty with purpose. Overall, the 's landscape has appealing curb appeal as well as a retreat for the homeowner. The clients are happy with the landscape and heaped praises for craftsmanship and thought toward family lifetime. The Landscaping People, Inc. are indeed proud to present the 'Gilson' .
