Catering to the active communities of Annapolis, Arnold, Bowie and more, our crew designed the from the ground up to fulfill the client's outdoor space without sacrificing a single ounce of function or aesthetic. We started with a really detailed consultation to better understand how our client lives and the vision they had for their home. We brought in a beautiful natural stone fireplace built from local materials that matched perfectly with the landscape. In addition, our skilled entourage built a warm firepit site amidst stylish, durable seating that can be used in all weathers. A significant difficulty we encountered was the nature of the property itself, which was on a slope, and came with a unique set of problems that needed addressing in an innovative manner to ensure its stability. By working with our landscape architects to develop a series of tiers, this also dealt with the slope by crafting unique areas for relaxing or entertaining. Along with carefully placed lighting and colorful native plants, the mix of the ambience helped in creating space for gathering under night stars. Our attention to detail and quality made sure to choose durable, weather tolerant materials that work gracefully in the landscaping situation. In the end, we produced a patio that left our client in awe, an area designed for the family to gather or sit down around the fire on a chilly evening! The end result blew the client away and they said the new fireplaces and firepits instantly became the heart of their home and provided them with warmth and a spaces to gather with friends and family.
