We work with all different types of communities from Ashland to the Cape & Islands and the goal was to provide the homeowner with a naturalistic attractive water feature that matched the surrounding nature and it landscape and background. This included a beautiful waterfall pond, designed to enhance your backyard landscape with flowing water through sound, site lines, and gravity! The materials were carefully chosen for quality, longevity, and a natural blend with the surrounding landscape; we used natural stone and a green pond liner. One example of that was the current grade of the property, so we needed engineering techniques but they had to be very natural to stabilize the water feature. We built up tiered rock formations and strategically placed aquatic plants to accentuate the appearance of the water feature and to develop a habitat for the fish and wildlife. That was the place where we created a breath-taking oasis that made our client happy. It makes a peaceful sound as water flows over the rocks which is a delightful invitation to chill and enjoy the great outdoors. The water feature, with carefully selected illumination, transforms at night into a magical spectacle that highlights the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
