The Round Rock Whole Home Remodel project was a transformative endeavor that redefined the living spaces with a focus on modern aesthetics and functional design. This comprehensive renovation included an extensive overhaul of both the kitchen and bathroom, showcasing a blend of sophisticated materials and thoughtful craftsmanship. In the bathroom, we aimed to create a more spacious and inviting atmosphere. The removal of outdated cabinetry, glass block features, and a cumbersome tub deck opened up the area significantly. A skylight was closed off to make way for an elegant chandelier, enhancing the room's ambiance. The previous drop-in tub was replaced with a stunning freestanding tub paired with a contemporary tub filler, becoming a striking focal point. The shower underwent a remarkable transformation; we expanded its footprint, raised the shower floor, and constructed a custom bench for added comfort. Lighting was a critical aspect of this design, with the installation of five LED recessed lights, three sconce lights, and a chandelier, all equipped with individual dimmers for customized brightness. The addition of multiple shower heads further elevated the showering experience, while a custom granite backsplash seamlessly matched the new granite countertop, bringing a cohesive look to the space. The kitchen remodel followed suit with an equally impressive design overhaul. We enhanced the lighting scheme by integrating recessed LED lighting, under-counter LED tape lighting, and stylish drop-down fixtures, each on separate dimmers for personalized control. The bar top was skillfully lowered and raised, creating a more open layout conducive to both cooking and entertaining. New granite countertops were installed, offering durability and elegance that complement the overall design. This whole home remodel not only enriched the aesthetic appeal but also significantly improved the functionality and comfort of the living spaces. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed, resulting in a harmonious blend of style and practicality that speaks to the needs of modern homeowners.
