About This Project

The St. Andrews Home project is a remarkable transformation that redefined the kitchen and dining area, initially characterized by a closed-off design that lacked both flow and functionality. Originally, the kitchen was separated from the dining room by a narrow door frame, while a large bar with cabinets overhead created a divide between the kitchen and breakfast area. The laundry closet, located at the end of the room, further contributed to the cramped feeling of the space. Recognizing the potential for improvement, we embarked on a comprehensive renovation that enhanced both the aesthetics and practicality of the home. The scope of this project included relocating the laundry closet to the master suite, which allowed us to repurpose the former laundry area into an expansive walk-in pantry. This strategic move not only optimized the layout but also significantly increased storage capacity, catering to the needs of a modern household. We gutted the kitchen, eliminating outdated features that hindered usability and replaced them with bespoke cabinetry designed to maximize storage while complementing the traditional aesthetic of the home. Custom cabinets were crafted to fill every available space, offering both beauty and practicality. The addition of a cooktop in the island bar not only serves as a focal point for culinary activities but also enhances the open-concept design, making it ideal for entertaining. The result is a kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere perfect for hosting friends and family. Every detail of the St. Andrews Home renovation was meticulously executed, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
