Eagleson Landscape Co.'s Three Layers of Landscape Heaven Eagleson Landscape Co. is proud to present Three Layers of Landscape Heaven. This beautiful landscaping transformed outdoor living for a wonderful client in Zionsville. The first layer consists of native perennials and ornamental grasses that survive well in the Indiana climate. We wanted a planting scheme that was not only beautiful, but also helped support local wildlife and biodiversity. The second layer is a beautiful stone pathway with locally sourced bluestone. This material made for a more durable and practical way to travel through the landscape. The owner personally selected every stone for its beauty. All stones were selected to match unique elements that make up the area while still feeling natural and connected to the land. The third layer consists of a large entertaining area that features a pergola and a fire pit for social gatherings year round, along with several shrubs for low maintenance and seasonal color. There were many hurdles to overcome throughout this including uneven terrain and poor soil conditions. However, our professional staff levelled the ground, amended the soil using organic compost, and strategically improved the drainage when possible. The end product is a beautiful outdoor oasis that has exceeded the client's expectations. The backyard space is now an awesome sanctuary away from the busyness of life for relaxing and many fun social gatherings. Three Layers of Landscape Heaven is an excellent example of the quality craftsmanship and innovation in design that Eagleson Landscape Co. has provided, to the communities of Carmel, Noblesville, Sheridan, Westfield, Whitestown, Zionsville, Indianapolis, and Fishers.
