Welch Landscape Renovation Green Concepts Landscaping is pleased to highlight the Welch Landscape Renovaton, a that changed the way our Holt, Michigan clients live outside. The season-spanning renovation included landscaping features like a picturesque patio, flower beds, and a tiered garden, as well as a showcase of natural foliage to Whittier nature lovers. We started this with a detailed site analysis which allowed our talented team to understand the slope and conditions of this specific site before producing the great challenges of working with a sloping site with parts of the property exposed to very limited sunlight. We worked with these challenges through careful design work in which we created a tiered garden with natural stone retaining walls to blend the functional and the beautiful. We select native plants, which means they will be sustainable, providing habitat for pollinators and enhancing local biodiversity. The patio was made of high-end pavers that provides a center point for outdoor activities. Materials were chosen to suit the architecture of the home, while ensuring they were durable to withstand the extreme weather of Michigan. We also placed a few soft LED lights here and there on the pathways and around the seating areas to help bring that evening vibe to life! It was an opportunity to demonstrate the quality craftsmanship that marked every turn of the , from the first renderings to the final builds. The new Welch Landscape Renovation gave this property some much-needed curb appeal and increased its value as well. The ecstatic clients beamed that their new landscape fit their lifestyle like a glove, serving as an idyllic retreat for winding down and hosting guests.
