Green Concepts Landscaping Flagstone Patio Green Concepts Landscaping has recently undertaken a Flagstone Patio transforming an unimaginative backyard into an outdoor haven with good taste & functionality in place! At Landscaping In Michigan we proudly serve Bath, DeWitt, East Lansing, Haslett, Holt, Laingsburg, Lansing, Mason, Okemos, Perry, Shaftsburg, Waverly and Williamston communities and our diversified team are always using our talents to meet each of our customers dream right by 1 landscape at a time. For this , the patio uses various larger pieces of flagstone hand-placed and also dry-laid; we designed it with combinations of natural-stone material known for both elegance and stability. The stones were hand-selected and laid to create a level and inviting surface for entertaining or just chilling out. So with that, the patio actually had curved edges that blended into the surrounding garden beds, allowing for more continuity within the outdoor spaces. Our clients backyard was lumpy, bumpy and not level challenge no#1. Our expert team utilized grading practices to create stability and drainage from the four homes to inhibit further settling. We have also included green materials such as permeable joints that allow rainwater to infiltrate and green landscaping. The finished product did not disappoint an expansive flagstone where the fire pit previously was, allowing this to become both an entertaining space but also frame the natural environment. The client was over the moon and mentioned that they use the new patio as a new gathering spot for family visiting, summer break barbecues with friends, and tranquil evenings outside under the stars. We strive to create outdoor spaces that inspire and stand the test of time and this Flagstone Patio is a representation of that.
